Dystopian:
How do you feel about this popular genre?
I have been really loving Dystopian books lately. What about you? I have read a mix of them, and they are seriously books that I just cannot get enough of. Here are some that I have read that I have really enjoyed!
I really just love the beauty in each of these books.
Here are some that I am really interested in reading soon.
Have you read any of them? How are they?
What Dystopian books have you read that you really loved?

I read the giver many years ago. I don't think I was in the right mind set when I read it - meaning I had NO idea what it was about. So, the message the author went right over my head. But I still really liked the book.
ReplyDeleteI LOVED The Hunger Games! I read all three of them in like two weeks! Great Series!
Have you read 'life as we Knew it'? An interesting Dystopian book, written in Diary form.
I recently just read The Knife of Never Letting Go! It's definitely an older dystopian, but I LOVED. It's so creative! Everyone needs to try it :)
ReplyDeleteI have still yet to read the whole Hunger Games trilogy. -__-
Dystopian is definitely my favorite genre right now. The Divergent series is my favorite! I have read many of those books listed and loved them! A couple of others not listed that I enjoyed are Article 5 and Legend. :)
ReplyDeleteI've only read Cinder and Shatter Me and they are both really good!!
ReplyDeleteI'm currently reading Shatter Me and I'm loving it! But my favorite is 'Matched'. I haven't read The Hunger Games triloty yet, but I really want to.
ReplyDeleteASHES is not really a dystopian book more like a postapocalyptic one but it is AWESOME and AMAZING and you should definitely read it :D and under the never sky is a 2012 favorite of mine so far
ReplyDeleteARTICLE 5 was good too!
ReplyDeleteCinder was really amazing I would read that one next! It is just such an interesting idea for Cinderella and it doesn't read like your normal overdone YA story. :)
ReplyDeleteThe Hunger Games, Divergent and Chaos Walking trilogy (The Knife of Never Letting Go) are on my all-time favorites! Oh, you really need to read Chaos Walking. In fact it's what I suggest you read first. Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading Ashfall and Cinder.
ReplyDeleteOhhh, i'm currently reading Wither but i skidded onto another book>< Horrible habit!
ReplyDeletei've got divergent but havent got round to reading it yet><
The knife of never letting go is amazing!!! May be a bit confusing at first though:L
